What Is StealthD?

You found a system that turns emails into passive income without a list, without an autoresponder, and without monthly fees, but what is StealthD?

I was curious as you are today, so I did my due diligence to write this review to help you make up your mind. I will cover the good, the bad, and the alternative so that you can make a better buying decision.

You can trust me that this review is honest and unbiased because I am not here referring you to join StealthD to earn my commissions, which I loathe the most when I read online reviews.

This review is my approach to examining whether it suits my budget or beats my current training platform. If yes, I will switch the platform to the better one. Without further ado, let’s dive deep.

Disclaimer: As the owner of Smileaffiliatesuccess.com, I have tracked down special deals for products, tools, and services mentioned herein. When you click my affiliate links on this page to make a purchase, I may get a small commission, and you will definitely get a great bargain. This is a win-win advantage for both of us.

What is StealthD?

-Summary of StealthD-

Product Name: StealthD
Founders: Jono Armstrong and Brendan Mace
Product Type: Affiliate Marketing through Gmail Ads
Price: $12.95 + upsells
Rating: 60 / 100
Recommend: Yes and No!

StealthD is a Gmail ads training program that online marketers use for a long while, so it’s not something new that you never see in the past. In this 6-module training, you will learn the basics of Gmail ads, how to set up your Adwords, how to find a good affiliate offer, or how to boost your conversions.

Overall speaking, I think it works if you are not short of budget and you are willing to do lots of experiments to find the secret formula for your offers. But, I also find some concerns that push me away from StealthD. I will list out all right below, so you can be the judges yourself.

Inside StealthD

It’s the same as Jono and Brendan’s previous training programs in that they never mention clearly on the sales page, so you will only know what’s inside after handing over your hard-earned cash.

This is training that teaches you how to drive traffic to your offers by Gmail ads. Jono will walk you through every process of Gmail marketing to generate your affiliate commissions. You will also get training content, bonuses, and upsells to help you make it work for you. Let me breakdown one by one.

Training

Intro & Co-Ordinates

Jono introduced StealthD as a way to make money online, and you can forget about building the email list. This method is going to let you land on people’s inboxes directly.

The Required Ammunition

You will learn the tools to make this method work, so Jono will show you how to create a Google Adwords account.

Finding A Target To Exterminate

This training is all about finding the right affiliate offer. Jono will also talk about conversion rate, refund rate, and visitor value. If you are newbies, that’s alright. He spends some time teaching you how to get approval from vendors.

How To Fly Your Stealth Bomber

Jono talks about how to set up your Adwords campaign.

The Conversion Boost Maneuver

In this session, Jono shares his tips to create a bonus page and send people to that page from the Gmail ads and from that bonus page onto the sales page. Then, you should be able to boost your conversion!

Mission Debrief – Conclusion

Jono wraps up this training program and starts promoting his upsells…

Bonuses

Besides the training, you also get the below bonuses:

  • Over 2500 pre-written email swipes to use: you can copy & paste for your follow up emails, but doesn’t Jono say that we don’t need an email list or autoresponder? So, it’s a bit confusing!
  • 10k “Email manifesto” case study: A full case study of a campaign where Jono made over $10,000
  • Jono’s exclusive YouTube ads training course: 90mins of step-by-step training on YouTube Ads

Upsells

Just like other training programs from Jono, he always provides some upsells for you before you land on what you really purchase.

  1. Steal Our 3.8m List $197: Build an email list by getting access to their digital email lists
  2. Limitless $1K Paydays $197: A high ticket sales funnel that you can make $1k commissions
  3. Done WITH You $397: A DFY package that has experts looking over your shoulder to make sure you’re doing everything right.
  4. StealthD Advanced Secrets $97: Advanced secrets from two other super-affiliates
  5. StealthD License Rights $167: Allow you to sell StealthD as your own product and keep 100% commissions.

Who Is StealthD For?

In my opinion, this training is not perfect for beginners since you literally know nothing about affiliate marketing, let alone promoting your offers.

I would say that this is more suitable for experienced affiliate marketers who like to create a new source of traffic, and it might work!

If you are a complete newbie to affiliate marketing, I think a legitimate training platform is what you need to get started. This particular affiliate marketing training platform teaches me how to build my business from scratch, and I’ve managed to apply on my affiliate marketing website to earn my first commissions. If I can make it, trust me, you can make it too.

Ugly Truth About StealthD

TOP#1 Overhypes

Just like other products from Jono and Brendan, it’s always full of hypes on the sales page. They use bold claims to make you think their method brings faster and easier money than any programs you have met in the past. However, they launch a new product every couple of weeks…

  • A sneaky way to reach inboxes without any of the old complicated techy crap
  • You can make money starting today
  • Posting an offer and getting 100-200 or even 1000 clicks every day…
  • Wake up and see $300-$500 or $2,000 commissions to your affiliate account every day…

Sounds pretty good right? I highly doubt that you can make money online with little effort on your side like what it claims. Building an online business takes time, effort, and patience to see positive results. It’s never like what they claim on the sales page, easy and simple!

TOP#2 Upsells

I am not surprised to see upsells from Jono and Brendan after reviewing their other training programs. My opinion is that if the front-end product is good enough there will be no need to purchase the upsells.

Meaning they deliberately launch training programs that are less effective so that you need to purchase the upsells to make it complete. You can check my reviews of other training programs from Jono (The Secret Weapon7 Minute Sales Machine, and Smash My Campaigns, and The Lockdown Formula.)

  1. Steal Our 3.8m List $197
  2. Limitless $1K Paydays $197
  3. Done WITH You $397
  4. StealthD Advanced Secrets $97
  5. StealthD License Rights $167

If you listen to what they told you, there is another $1k you need to spare which costs you an arm and a leg.

My best advice is to have some level of success with the front-end product. If you do make some commissions, then it’s no harm to try upsells to scale up. If no, buying upsells won’t be any different to generate more commissions.

TOP#3 Hidden Cost

Yes, you don’t need an email list and an autoresponder with StealthD, but you do need to spend extra money on Gmail ads.

Running paid ads to drive traffic to your offers might bring faster results than free & organic traffic, but it easily cost you hundreds or thousands before making your first commissions. What if you burn out your budget without seeing your desired results?

Tell me one last time you click Gmail ads when you are checking your emails? I don’t remember I click any of them, how about you?

What I Liked About StealthD

TOP#1 A New Source Of Traffic

For experienced affiliate marketers who are not short of budget on paid ads, it’s no harm to add Gmail ads to generate more traffic to your offers. It’s legitimate and working for a long while, so you have a chance if you do it right.

But, just like what I mentioned in the previous paragraphs, this is a hidden cost that Jono & Brendan did not to tell on the sales page. They might show you some earning proof, but it’s unlikely for newbies to achieve the same.

TOP#2 Affiliate Marketing Works!

Affiliate marketing is the best for beginners, and it’s my top pick when it comes to making money online. Based on Statista, affiliate marketing shopping in the U.S. alone is expected to reach $8.2 billion by 2022, more than triple what it was 10 years earlier.

If you still have no clue about what affiliate marketing is, let me explain to you quickly.

Making money through affiliate marketing is to promote others’ products without creating your own. You can write a quality review with good SEO & keyword research or create any sort of content on your website. If someone lands on your reviews and clicks your links to purchase the products, you will earn commissions.

The Process of Affiliate Marketing

TOP#3 A 30-Day Money-back Guarantee

If you purchase StealthD via WarriorPlus & you are not satisfied with it, you can request a refund within 30 days after purchase.

But, Jono and Brendan have a mixed reputation for their promises. Other online sources feedback that they might ignore your refund requests and wait until your guarantee expires.

Is StealthD A Scam?

No, I won’t call it a scam since it does provide some generic training of Gmail Ads, and you can use it as a new source of traffic for your affiliate marketing business.

However, with the above downsides that I listed out, I won’t go one step to try it and recommend it to anyone interested in making money online.

Unlike using Gmail Ads to promote your affiliate offers, I prefer to build an affiliate marketing website with quality content for my readers. If they like my sharing, they will check my latest updates, bookmark my website into their browsers, or try the services & tools I recommend.

The process does take some time to see positive results, and the income won’t fall on your laps overnight. You need to put hard work, patience, and perseverance into your website before seeing your first commissions. The harder you are willing to build your website, the more you stand to earn with it. If you feel excited about my recommendation, feel free to check it below.

Alternative Program(My Favorite)

I believe that you don’t need to join StealthD when you can get all affiliate marketing at a $49 membership fee per month. An alternative I do recommend is Wealthy Affiliate(WA).

  1. Wealthy Affiliate is an affiliate marketing education platform that comes with training courses, powerful tools & features(one keyword research tool included), and the 24/7 support you need to maintain your affiliate marketing business.
  2. On Wealthy Affiliate, we won’t give you false and misleading claims to make you think it’s easy to make money online. We all know things won’t go in that direction.
  3. You don’t need to pay for the upsells provided to know how the affiliate marketing system works. You can get it instantly from Wealthy Affiliate when you first start.
  4. Wealthy Affiliate offers a 7-day FREE trial without credit card details required. If this is not your cup of tea after 7 days, you won’t lose a penny from your pocket. I will also be your personal coach & advisor for your online business, so see you very soon on the other side.
  5. There are many WA success stories on the internet, and I am sure you can find a lot with one simple Google search. I’ve handpicked the most inspiring ones in the next paragraph, so enjoy them.

  2. Hi I like your information on StealthD. I have to admit I’ve never heard of it until now. It sounds interesting but Wealthy Affiliate sounds more to my liking. I like the ideal that I can give it a try without committing myself. I would like to know more.

    • Hi Yvonne,

Yes, comparing to StealthD, Wealthy Affiliate allows you to try it for free with 10 lessons, so you get a chance to know how good it is and whether you like it or not. I believe you will find it interesting and legitimate as I did the very first time.

      Cheers,

  3. This course is way too expensive and I find it a little confusing. First, they tell you that you don’t need an email list, but then the first upsell offers you an email list, it’s called “Steal Our 3.8m List” at a staggering $197 …!

All the other upsells are also high priced, and I don’t think it is worth it. I am sure that Google ads will work, but I think that you can do that for free or at least pay the costs for Google ads, but there is no need for such an overpriced and overhyped program …
Thanks for letting us know about this one!

    • Hi Christine,

Yes, I am glad that you felt the same way as I did when I found the first upsell, which is really confusing. All the upsells cost much higher than the front-end, and the front-end is a gateway to the creators’ sales funnels to make more money from people’s pockets. That’s my second thought for the upsells.

I still prefer not to go for paid ads to drive traffic to my offers because I learned how to drive free/organic traffic through good SEO and keyword researches from this platform. I suggest people can take a serious look at free/organic traffic first.

      Cheers,
      Matt
