What Is MoneyGuru?

-Summary of MoneyGuru-

Product Name: MoneyGuru
Founders: Unknown founders
Product Type: Get-Paid-To(GPT) site
Price: Free to join
Rating: 0 / 100
Recommend: NO

MoneyGuru advertises itself as the #1 affiliate network that paid members $44,700,000+, and you can get a $10 signup bonus & $5 for each friend you refer to the platform. It pays so much higher to its members than the other GPT sites will pay, so it caught my attention & people rush to join it to make money online.

After digging deep, it’s actually another scam that aims for data harvesting or identity theft, so I won’t go one step further to trade my personal information for nothing. I don’t want you to take my words for it just now, so let me show you more details right below. You can make a better decision once you read to the end of this review. Deal?

Inside MoneyGuru

It takes about 30 seconds to join MoneyGuru with your name, email address, user name, and passwords to create an account.

Once you log in to your dashboard, you will get a referral link to share on your social media to invite your friends to join MoneyGuru just like you do. For every friend who joins MoneyGuru, you will earn $5. If your friends only click your link but don’t sign up with MoneyGuru, you still earn $0.2 for each click.

TaskWall

Besides referring your friends to make money with MoneyGuru, you could also complete the following tasks:

  • Install and Review $5: You can install apps on your phone, run them for 30 seconds and rate them on MoneyGuru.
  • Instant Tasks $5: You need to submit your email address and phone numbers to verify entries. For each task, you will get exact instructions once the task starts.

Who Is MoneyGuru For?

Since I’ve reviewed other similar sites like MoneyGure here on my website, I know people won’t get paid even though you complete everything they request. Only the real founders behind MoneyGuru get the most. As for the rest of us, we only do things that never pay off if we join MoneyGuru.

If MoneyGuru is your start to making money online, don’t give up now. There are indeed some legitimate GPT sites where you can earn $20-$50 per month by doing your daily online activities.

If you are talking about making $200+ per month, an online business is what you need to get what you want. This particular platform helps me make my first commissions less than one year. If I can do this, trust me, you can make it too.

Ugly Truth About MoneyGuru

TOP#1 Unknown Founder and Company

I searched the whole website to know who the founders are, but I found nothing.

I got the company address in Netherlands, so I checked it on search engines to know better. The address seems like a building complex where many companies are located inside, and the most famous one is Nikon Europe B.V. & nothing is related to MoneyGuru.

TOP#2 Fake Testimonials

Since it uses a fake address, my inner Sherlock Holmes got triggered. I checked the testimonials and found something interesting. Look what I found:

Matthew Young claimed that he made more than $97,000 with MoneyGuru, but he is actually a stock photo that everyone could download from a stock photo site for any promotional purpose.

I also checked the video testimonials to find these two:

They’re not real MoneyGuru’s members but paid actors from Fiverr.com, a site where you can find freelancers to outsource some tasks for your online business, fake video testimonials included!

If they have paid members $44,700,000+, why don’t they find successful members to shoot a 30-second video to back them up? In 2021, shooting a short video with smartphones is not difficult. In that case, there must be no one who makes money with MoneyGuru.

TOP#3 Dishonest Data

In the Q&A section, they stated, “We have been in the social marketing industry for a while now. Our parent company has been creating online monetizing solutions since 2010. We have grown our network to more than 730,000 members who have earned over $44,700,000.”

But, I did another WHOIS check to know when they registered the domain name, which was 25-Jun-2020, not long ago as of this writing. Do you think it’s necessary to lie about the founding date for any kind of online business? Or they are nothing but an outright scam?

TOP#4 Fake Payment Proof

Now, we know the founding date is fake, so I went further to check the payment proof. If they registered the domain on 25-Jun-2020, do you think it’s possible to pay members in May-2020?

If your answer is no, those payment proofs from the website are also FAKE.

TOP#5 Ridiculous Terms and Conditions

On the Terms and Conditions page, I also found a ridiculous guideline. You need to be at least 99 years old to use MoneyGuru to make money. If you are under 99, you are not allowed to use the service. That’s another proof that MoneyGuru never pays its members.

TOP#6 A Rehashed Version of Other Scams

I found MoneyGuru looks familiar at first glance, and let me show you why. Could you please look closely at the below image and tell me they are identical?

The logo, the website image, and the amount of money they paid out to their members are all the same!!! This is not possible in 2021. The only reason is that they are scam siblings…

Besides EarnBig, here is the list of all similar sites from the same father. You need to be very VERY careful.

  1. Paid4Clout
  2. Clout Pay
  3. CashOG
  4. Money Chaser
  5. Viral Pay
  6. CashCrates.co
  7. Next Cash
  8. Influencer Cash
  9. Tap2Earn
  10. Use2Earn
  11. Cash4Clickz
  12. Viral Points
  13. Bonus Junkies
  14. WiredBucks
  15. PaidLeaf
  16. Kashtree

If you still don’t trust me that MoneyGuru is a scam, would you like some comments from the real members who did’t get paid?

TOP#7 Personal Information Breached

Compared to Tap2Earn, MoneyGuru is still a newborn baby, so there are no many negative comments online. Considering they are from the same father, there is another issue you need to know before you go.

What Is Tap2Earn? - Personal Information Breached

Tap2Earn was reported that they would breach all members’ personal information, and they might sell your private information to the 3rd parties to make money at your sacrifice. You might start receiving lots of promotional emails in your spam folder or some paid SMS messages.

The worse case is that they might use your login credentials to sign in to your apps, such as Amazon. They can log in on your behalf to purchase things they want with your credit cards…

If you join MoneyGuru, you need to take action to change your passwords for other apps you use. If you invite anyone to join the same, you can share my article with them and request them to take action too. This is to avoid a broken relationship.

What I Liked About MoneyGuru

I try my best to like one positive thing or two from every program or platform that I review here, but unfortunately, I didn’t get anything to like today…

Is MoneyGuru A Scam?

Yes, MoneyGuru is a scam. With all the red flags I just showed above, you should know that joining MoneyGuru won’t help you make a dime but lose your time & risk your online identity. In that case, I won’t recommend anyone interested in making money online to try it.

Unlike joining a GPT site like MoneyGuru, I prefer to build an affiliate marketing website as the center of my online business. For those who don’t know the concept, let me explain.

Affiliate marketing allows you to promote others’ products without creating your own so that you won’t have a stock burden like any other MLM business such as Monat, Nu Skin, or Color Street Nails.

You can structure your articles with good SEO and keyword researches to rank them higher on search engines so that people will have more chances to land on your site. You will have more chances to show them the products you find useful.

If they like your sharing and find value, they may purchase the products through your links. Here come your earning potentials.

The Process of Affiliate Marketing

I know it sounds easier in words, but it takes time and effort to see positive results. The online income won’t fall on your laps without doing anything on your site or flood into your bank account overnight. The harder you are willing to put into your site, the more you stand to earn with it.

If this is something you like to escape the rat race, feel free to check my alternative to make money online right below.

Alternative Program(My Favorite)

I believe that you don’t need to join MoneyGuru when you can get all affiliate marketing at a $49 membership fee per month or $495 per year. An alternative I do recommend is Wealthy Affiliate(WA).

  1. You get to know Kyle & Carson, the founders of Wealthy Affiliate when you are doing your training courses. They are both down-to-earth kinda guys that make WA is always over-deliver and under-promise.
  2. Wealthy Affiliate is an affiliate marketing education platform that comes with training courses, powerful tools & features(one keyword research tool included), and the 24/7 support you need to maintain your affiliate marketing business.
  3. On Wealthy Affiliate, we won’t give you false and misleading claims to make you think it’s easy to make money online. We all know things won’t go in that direction.
  4. Wealthy Affiliate offers a 7-day FREE trial without credit card details required. If this is not your cup of tea after 7 days, you won’t lose a penny from your pocket. I will also be your personal coach & advisor for your online business, so see you very soon on the other side.
  5. There are many WA success stories on the internet, and I am sure you can find a lot with one simple Google search. I’ve handpicked the most inspiring ones in the next paragraph, so enjoy them.

  1. I appreciate your review here, Matt. I’ve done some research about Money Guru and all reviews say the same. It’s a 100% scam! The worst thing about this scheme is the fact that there are tons of clone sites that look and sound the same. All of them offer the same opportunity to make quick and easy cash. That is the first sign of a scam in progress.

Thanks for your post here, I will keep my distance from Money Guru and others. This could be and probably is a huge time and money waster! Your #1 recommendation sounds like a real deal and I’ll check it out. Thanks!

    • Hi Ivan,

It’s hard to believe how many scam sites they create just to sell innocent people’s privacy for money, and there are still many people falling on the same traps. When it comes to making money online, there are no shortcuts, no secrets, and no push-a-button scheme that could lead you to online success. People should put in hard work, patience, and perseverance before seeing any positive results.

If you don’t know which route to go to start your online journey, I suggest affiliate marketing. It’s affordable, proven-to-work, and no prior experience needed. This is the platform that I leverage every single day to build my website, and I am sure you will love it as I do.

      Cheers,
      Matt
