What Is John Thornhill’s Ambassador Program About?

-Summary of John Thornhill’s Ambassador Program-

Product Name: Ambassador Program
Founders: John Thornhill
Product Type: Affiliate Marketing Program
Price: $497-$4,997
Recommend: Yes & No

John Thornhill’s Ambassador Program is an online training program that helps you create webinar funnels to promote John’s products. You can make affiliate commissions, and John can sell more products to make money online.

The training includes DFY materials and email scripts you need to build a webinar funnel that generates leads and commissions on complete autopilot, which can be another income source for advanced affiliate marketers. However, it’s not that friendly for beginners. Let me show you more details right below so you can be the judges yourself.

Who Is John Thornhill?

John is a top 1% Platinum ClickBank Seller whose digital products have netted him $5+ million in personal profits. Since 2006, he’s helped over 3,000 entrepreneurs start their online businesses.

This training program is what John created to help people to copy his $1,362,342 ClickBank Super Funnel to get similar results as he did.

I know it sounds too good to be true, but it’s possible if you use the proper method and follow the right mentor.

Inside John Thornhill’s Ambassador Program

Let’s see what John has to offer in this ambassador program.

1. The DFY Webinar Funnel

You will get DFY webinar funnels that help you capture emails from your visitors and offer them webinars before you sell one of John’s products.

2. The 99 Emails Scripts

You don’t have to write your emails because John has written for you. A series of email scripts will be sent in the next 99 days to your subscribers, and those emails will help you promote John’s products.

3. Traffic Training

Traffic is the lifeblood of every online business; without traffic, you cannot make a dime online. In this case, John shows you how to get targeted web traffic to your webinar funnels so that you can build your list.

?Pro Tip: How To Start An Email List?

4. Your JV Page

You would hire affiliates to promote John’s products. Once they make sales, you keep half of the revenue and give the other half to them.

When you build a team, it gets easier to make sales because you are not promoting all by yourself. You get a whole team to do the work for you.

How Does John Thornhill’s Ambassador Program Work?

There are four steps to implement John’s Ambassador program:

1. Attend The “Free Live” Webinar & Join The Program

After attending the free webinar, you get the license to sell John’s products. The best part is that you can keep 100% of all sales commissions.

2. Get Your Own Landing Page and Webinar Funnel Setup for You

After you join, you’ll get a webinar funnel and landing page. You can use them to invite people to watch your webinar and promote John’s products.

3. Connect Your Funnel to Your Email Autoresponder & ClickBank Account

John recommends you create an account with Aweber and connect it to your funnel. When people visit your landing page to join your email list, you can direct them to the webinar.

As for ClickBank, you need to create an affiliate account and enter your affiliate ID so that every email you send to your subscribers will include your affiliate link.

?Pro Tip: How To Find Affiliate Programs?

4. Start Driving Targeted Traffic to Your Landing Page

To promote John’s programs, you must implement at least one traffic method and drive traffic to your landing pages. You will earn commissions once someone from your list buys the products through your affiliate links.

?Pro Tip: What Is An Affiliate Link?

How Much is John Thornhill’s Ambassador Program?

There are two payment options for people who like to join this product. I think the price is too high considering what you get the most are DFY webinar funnels and email scripts.

  1. $49*12 months($91 more than the one-time payment)
  2. $497 one-time payment

Once you enroll, you will hit another upsell called Partnership to Success Program of John Thornhill. It’s a 12-month training program that teaches you how to start an online business or increase online success, costing $4,997.

Who Is John Thornhill’s Ambassador Program For?

Advanced affiliate marketers who like to create other income sources suit John’s Ambassador Program the best. It’s not that friendly for affiliate marketing beginners.

When you start learning how to make money online through affiliate marketing, you must feel overwhelmed and unsure about which route to go, which platform to choose, and which traffic methods to implement.

Going directly into trying John’s Ambassador Program isn’t the best advice I will give. Instead, I suggest newbies try this platform first. It offers a 7-day free trial without any credit card details.

Ugly Truth About John Thornhill’s Ambassador Program

TOP#1 Expensive

People who look for ways to make money online barely make ends meet. Paying $497 or even $4,997 is not everyone can afford it.

You can find FREE YouTube videos and blog posts to learn everything you need to build an online business. Once you take action online, you’ll gain more knowledge to make better decisions.

TOP#2 Upsell & Extra Cost

As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, you will hit John Thornhill’s Partnership to Success Program once you are inside the program, costing $4,997.

To follow John’s instructions to build a webinar funnel, you need extra tools to help you:

  • Autoresponder: $16+ per month
  • Hosting and domain registration: $35+ per year

TOP#3 DFY Materials

DFY materials seem pretty awesome at first, but what if the founder shut down the platform? So does your online business?

I think it’s better to learn everything to build webinar funnels and get them hosted by a trusted company. It’s risky to build an online business without complete control at your side.

Search engines don’t like DFY materials, which causes a duplicate issue. Besides, if you get the DFY webinar funnels from John, other members get the same as yours. Imagine the Internet is full of the same webinar funnels…

Search engines might punish you by not listing your funnels, so no one will visit, let alone make sales. You will end up using paid ads to drive traffic, but it costs hundreds before seeing any positive results.

TOP#4 No Refund Policy

John mentions clearly that everything is custom-built, and it takes time and effort to set up everything, so he cannot offer a refund policy.

So if you are the type of person who buys something, does nothing, then asks for a refund. Then, this product is not for you, and you should click away now.

What I Liked About John Thornhill’s Ambassador Program

TOP#1 John Is Legit!

John is legitimate and knows what he is doing here. He is one of the top sellers and makes lots of money by promoting ClickBank products, mainly his products.

TOP#2 50%-100% Commission

You keep 100% of all sales commissions for every sale you make. For the high-ticket upgrades purchased from your subscribers, you get 50% commissions. If you know the Amazon Associate program’s commission rate, I am sure you will drop your jaw.

Is John Thornhill’s Ambassador Program A Scam?

No, John Thornhill’s Ambassador Program is NOT a scam. It is a program that helps you create webinar funnels to promote various John’s products to make affiliate commissions.

If you are advanced affiliate marketers who like to make more commissions, this might suit you well. If you are a beginner, I don’t think it’s beginner-friendly.

Unlike John Thornhill’s Ambassador Program, I prefer to start a blog running an affiliate marketing business to make money online. If you don’t know about affiliate marketing, let me explain.

Affiliate marketing allows you to promote others’ products without creating your own, so you won’t have a stockpiling issue like any MLM business. (Nu Skin, Park Lane Jewelry, or Modere)

You can write reviews for products that meet your expectations and are helpful for other affiliate marketers. By implementing good SEO & keyword research, you can rank your articles higher on the SERP so that people can land on your site ahead of others.

They may purchase the products through your affiliate links if they like your sharing. Here come your earning potentials.

Affiliate-Marketing-Process
Affiliate Marketing Process

I know I’ve made the process sound easier than done, but it takes a lot of hard work, time, and patience to see positive results.

The online income won’t fall on your lap without doing anything on your side. The more you are willing to put into your site, the more you stand to earn with it.

You can get all affiliate marketing at a $49 membership fee every month or $495 per year. An alternative I do recommend is Wealthy Affiliate(WA).

  1. Hi Matt,

I had not heard of John Thornhill or his program. You have a lot of information here. It definitely sounds like a program that would not be good for beginners to affiliate marketing or online business unless you come with a considerable amount of capital.

I prefer using the SEO method and building up a website from scratch. I find it much more personal and builds authority with the search engines. Each website is a reflection of the owner and this program seems to take away that personal effect that readers look for in a blog or site.

    Thanks for sharing,
    Chastity

    • Hi Chastity,

Yes, it’s not for beginners, but advanced affiliate marketers can leverage this program to create another income source. I also agree to start a blog/website and implement good SEO & keyword research to drive quality & free traffic to your offers, but the drawback is it takes longer to see positive results.

I joined WA three years ago, which taught me everything about building my website. Now, I get a stable online income, so I know everyone can do this.

      Cheers,
      Matt

  2. Thanks for sharing this information. It looks like it might be beneficial to the right marketer, but not necessarily someone who is new and doesn’t have a huge budget, as they tend to push people toward paid advertising as it can bring returns quicker (if you know what you’re doing).

    • Hi John,

Thanks for the comment. This program helps advanced affiliate marketers who like to create more income sources, but it doesn’t suit beginners well. I would suggest beginners choose this platform to learn everything about affiliate marketing. Once they get some positive results, they can consider this program to help them scale the outcome, which is a better approach. 🙂

      Cheers,
      Matt

  3. Hey Matt,

I have been working so hard on creating my own funnels. I am getting traffic to my landing pages, but I’m not getting a lot of sales from my funnel.

This program sounds like it could be good for me. I haven’t heard of John Thornhill, but from reading your article he sounds like a good guy and knows what he’s talking about.

I will let you know if I purchase this course and how I am getting on with it.

Thank you for sharing and keep up the great work.

    All the best,

    Tom

  4. I haven’t heard of John Thornhill. It looks like he did great on Clickbank and he knows what he’s doing. The price is a little high but it’s not so bad compared to other programs. Although I have been blogging and doing some affiliate marketing for 3 years I still consider myself a beginner and I think that John Thornhill’s program might be a little too challenging for me. Maybe at a later stage when I am more experienced, I may look at it again.

    • Hi Christine,

Thanks for the comment. Yes, I am sure if advanced affiliate marketers like the MMO niche and create one more income source, there is no harm in trying this. It’s good to see that you have also blogged for three years, and it must bring you lots of joy and fun doing it. If you have any questions and think I can help, you can drop me a line here. I love to support you.

    • Hi Thabo,

Thanks for the comment. I hope it helps you well. 🙂 This program is good only if you like to promote John’s products to create a new income source. If you don’t, I suggest you try Wealthy Affiliate to learn everything before you start a blog with something you love. In that case, you will find fun and less work when you are promoting your passions.

      Cheers,
