Free turnkey websites definitely sound like one to avoid. I’ve never liked the idea of DFY websites like everyone else who uses them will have the exact same content and design unless changes are made. I also feel if a company doesn’t reveal its identity there’s something very suspicious going on. Some years ago I remember buying DFY websites and never got very far.
Every month you’d get a selection of DFY sites in different niches. There was no training on how to get traffic, so I failed miserably!
I certainly don’t like the idea of paying money to join their partner programs. Also, the traffic packages are very expensive with no guarantee. Sounds like a gimmick to me. Any site offering to get you traffic within seconds is full of crap. We all know it takes a long time to see traffic to any website. Heck, I’ve been working on mine for over a year and I’ve made less than $10. Of course, I’m in the pet blogging world, which takes time to develop authority where people actually want to shop from my site. But that’s okay. Once I build my audience, then I know they’ll be lifelong customers. I’d rather build slow and steady than fast and have it die out.
