Digital Income System is a system that could make normal folks like you and me to generate $500-$12,500 commissions for every sale. Their website ensures that “No coding, no selling, just profits” once you join the system.

They help you to make things done by using an advanced CRM technology, and the DIS sales team will contact your qualified leads & close the deal for you. There are no real products from Digital Income System, and what you need to promote is the memberships.

You need to drive traffic to your sales funnels by paying the extra cost to DIS traffic rotator system, and they will allocate the traffic to you. The whole thing is about recruiting others to join the system as you do and make them do the same. Therefore, the system could keep running.

How Does It Work?

Let me breakdown the process below.

You sign up with Digital Income System by paying for one membership, and there will be coaches contacting you & convincing you to buy higher memberships(more expensive).
You promote the system to anyone with the pre-made capture pages, automation software for email and SMS marketing, and one lead tracking system.
Once someone buys from you, you earn commissions.

Membership & Commission

There are five memberships inside Digital Income System. All the other training courses, tools, and the coaches are designed to help you promote Digital Income System, so there are no other real products to promote through the system.

So, I won’t go deeper to breakdown what you will get for each membership since it’s not the focus of Digital Income System.

Entrepreneur level: Pay $1,000 to qualify for $500 recruitment commissions
Director level: Pay $3,000 to qualify for $1,500 recruitment commissions
Professional level: Pay $5,000 to qualify for $2,500 recruitment commissions
Ambassador level: Pay $12,000 to qualify for $6,000 recruitment commissions
Executive level: Pay $25,000 to qualify for $12,500 recruitment commissions

The higher the membership, the higher the commissions, also means higher cost for you. The 50% of the commission goes to the admin, the rest 50% goes to you if you luckily refer someone into the system.

But, if your direct referral buys the membership higher the one you are at, you are not eligible to get all commissions. For example, you are at Entrepreneur level, your referral buys Director level. Since he/she buys a higher membership than you, you will only get $500 instead of $1,500 commissions. The balance $1,000 will be passed to your uplines who are at Director level or higher.

This is the reason why DIS sales team calls back to you and convinces you to buy a higher membership from Entrepreneur up to Executive level. They don’t want you to lose all commissions when you are lucky to make sales through the system. This is also the start where you purchase higher memberships.

TOP#1 Expensive Memberships

I have to admit that I feel shocked when I know the price for each membership, and this raises another red flag in my mind. I don’t think you need to pay that huge amount of money($1,000-$25,000) just to qualify for commissions.

There are many affiliate marketing platforms that don’t charge you one penny to start learning affiliate marketing, so you need to be very cautious when a system or an online program that needs you to pay to earn money in the first place.

TOP#2 A Done-for-you System

You still think Google, Facebook, or any other social media platforms are so dumb that cannot recognize your content is duplicate? You get the pre-made capture pages, so everyone who joins Digital Income System will use the same content as you do.

It might work at the early age of the internet, but things have changed a lot. I have been doing affiliate marketing and reviewed 100+ business opportunities, so I know it won’t work & it’s not sustainable.

You are basically relying on Digital Income System for everything you need to do by yourselves, what if this company gets shut down by FTC? You will lose both your business and the earning potential for the future.

This may sound impossible, but FTC shutdown two similar companies called MOBE(My Own Business Education) and Digital Altitude in 2018. For me, joining Digital Income System is extremely risky.

TOP#3 A Pyramid Scheme with MLM Compensation Plan

Although Digital Income System does provide training courses and tools, it’s close to a pyramid scheme in disguise.

Based on Wikipedia, a pyramid scheme is a business model that recruits members via a promise of payments or services for enrolling others into the scheme, rather than supplying investments or sale of products.

Sounds familiar? You simply promote the memberships to earn commissions from people you recruit into the system without providing them any real products.

The commissions you generate won’t come to you if you are not as the same membership as the one purchased by your referrals, and the balance will go to someone behind you(uplines). I do only see this commission structure in the MLM industry.

What I Liked About Digital Income System

TOP#1 The Website

Most people and other sources mention that Digital Income System’s website look sharp and professional. It lays out the information in a way that you won’t get lost, and it’s easy to navigate. The design, the infographic, and the font sizes are perfect.

This is the only one thing I like from Digital Income System, and affiliate marketers who have a website to run online business must check it and improve their own websites.

Although there are many red flags raised in my mind once I dive deep into the system, I won’t call Digital Income System a scam. I would rather call it a pyramid scheme in disguise. So, my advice is to stay away from this system if you are thinking about how to make money online.

I prefer to create my website with quality content and build a connection with my readers. Once they find my website is helpful and valuable, they will trust me and become my fans/followers/customers eventually.

You don’t need to pay for the upsells(the latter expensive memberships) just to earn higher commissions, which makes no sense to me.
You get all the powerful tools, features, training courses, and support you need to maintain the success of your online business.
