Clout Pay Review

Welcome to my Clout Pay Review. I know you found a seemingly good GPT site to make money online, but it’s actually a scam that never delivers what it claims on the sales page.

I was curious as you are right now, so I did my due diligence to write this review. And, you surely can make up your mind by reading my review to the end. Before we start exploring Clout Pay, I like to tell you something.

I am not referring you to join Clout Pay to earn $10-$15 commissions for myself, so you won’t see me selling how good this website is or push you to click a “JOIN NOW” button. What I provide today is an honest and unbiased review, and you can count me on this.

Without further ado, let’s dive deep together.

What is Clout Pay?

-Summary of Clout Pay-

Product Name: Clout Pay
Founders: Unknown
Product Type: A GPT(Get-Paid-To) Site
Price: Free to join
Rating: 0 / 100
Recommend: No

Clout Pay is a GPT(Get-Paid-To) site where you can make money online by promoting the site by sharing your referral links on social media or completing other tasks. It looks nice and decent, but it is actually a scam that never delivers what it claims after digging deep. I don’t want you to take my words for it, so I will provide my findings right below to make you well-informed before joining it for free.

Inside Clout Pay

You can join Clout Pay for free and complete every task to make money. They claim themselves as the #1 influencer network in the industry, and the first thing you need to do is share your referral links on your social media.

If someone clicks your referral but does not join the system, you will earn $2 per click. If someone joins Clout Pay through your referral link, you will earn $10 each. I have reviewed some other GPT sites, but the earning potential with Clout Pay sounds too good to be true & they probably are in most cases.

How It Works

You can follow the below simple steps to make money online:

Step 01: Sign up for a Clout Pay account and join the community of people making money online with social media.

Step 02: Invite your friends to Clout Pay by sharing your influencer link. You will earn $10 for every friend you invite that joins Clout Pay.

Step 03: Cash out your earnings instantly! Clout Pay rewards its influencers through PayPal, CashApp, Bitcoin, mailed checks, and more.

Task Walls

If you are shy about referring your friends to join Clout Pay, that’s fine. You can complete the following tasks to collect your earnings.

  1. Complete Surveys: For each survey you complete, you earn $25.
  2. Create YouTube Videos: Upload one YouTube video to promote Kashtree, you earn $50
  3. Download Apps: Download a game, you earn $10

Who Is Clout Pay For?

Only the founders of Clout Pay can get the most advantages from this site. For the rest, we are all losing the time and effort that we put on Clout Pay.

If you just started making money online, don’t give up now. There are some legitimate GPT sites that you can leverage to make a few bucks.

If replacing 9-5 jobs and escaping the rat race is your goal, you can build an online business to get what you want. My top#1 recommendation will teach you how to build an online business from scratch, and it’s the best place to start for beginners.

Ugly Truth About Clout Pay

TOP#1 Unknown Founder

The about me page didn’t mention who the founders are or leaving their company details, which makes me skeptical. What I got from the website is only a Gmail address that doesn’t look legitimate. I often see this in online scams.

Since we don’t have the founder’s information, s/he can escape the negative comments against them and run off into the sunset. After a while, they can re-start the same system under new names to keep their scammy business going further.

If you create a site that provides a $25 signup bonus or $10 for each referral to help people make money, would you show your face and real name to the world? I know I would.

TOP#2 Fake Testimonials

Since the founder’s information isn’t true, my guts told me that maybe the testimonials are fake. I went for reverse image research and found out this testimonial is actually a stock photo.

Everyone could download the stock photo for any purpose, including fake testimonials…Tell me what do you think about the below image? The founders only copy & paste the website under different names…

TOP#3 Personal Information Breached

According to Scamguard, the founders of Clout Pay might breach your personal data to other the 3rd parties to make money. That’s why you will be bombarded with spam emails or why you receive paid SMS messages later on.

The founders want you to share the referral links on your social media to get your friends to join Clout Pay to get their personal information.

If you happen to use the same email and passwords for other websites, applications, or banks, you need to take action to protect your privacy and money immediately. If your friends join through your links, you need to share this article with them to keep their privacy safe too.

TOP#4 A Rehashed Version of Other Scams

Tell me what you think about the below image, do they all look the same to you?

This is proof that the founders of Clout Pay change site name and website domain to escape all negative comments. And, they might come from the same scam artist…

Here are the clones of Clout Pay:

  1. Kashtree
  2. Paid4Clout
  3. CashOG
  4. Money Chaser
  5. Viral Pay
  6. CashCrates.co
  7. Next Cash
  8. Influencer Cash
  9. Tap2Earn
  10. Use2Earn
  11. MoneyGuru
  12. Viral Points
  13. Bonus Junkies
  14. WiredBucks
  15. PaidLeaf
  16. Cash4Clickz

TOP#5 Complaints

I don’t join Clout Pay since it doesn’t look legitimate to me in the beginning, so I cannot give you my firsthand experience. I managed to find what other people said about it, and you might face the same issue if you insist to try Clout Pay.

The top complaint is that they never pay out. This is because they only care about your personal detail instead of your earning potential…

What I Liked About Clout Pay

Normally, I tried my best to find one positive thing or two about the GPT site I reviewed no matter how small it is. Unfortunately, I found nothing I like about Clout Pay.

Is Clout Pay A Scam?

Yes, it IS a scam. With the downsides I just showed you, it’s easy to tell that this is not a legitimate GPT site, and I won’t recommend to anyone interested in making money online.

Among all the making-money-online methods, I prefer affiliate marketing. To achieve your goal, you need a legitimate training platform to teach you how to build an affiliate marketing website from scratch, 24/7 support to solve all the technical issues that you face, and powerful tools to maintain your business’s success.

The Process of Affiliate Marketing

My favorite platform happens to meet all the basic requirements, and they help me to make my first commission online. If this sounds nice to you and you feel excited, feel free to check it below.

Alternative Program(My Favorite)

I believe that you don’t need to join Clout Pay when you can get all affiliate marketing at a $49 membership fee per month. An alternative I do recommend is Wealthy Affiliate(WA).

  1. You get to know Kyle & Carson, the founders of Wealthy Affiliate, when you are doing your training courses. They are both down-to-earth kind of guys that make WA is always over-deliver and under-promise.
  2. There are many WA success stories on the internet, and I am sure you can find a lot with one simple Google search. I’ve handpicked the most inspiring ones in the next paragraph, so enjoy them.
  3. You get all the powerful tools & features(one keyword research tool included), training courses, and 24/7 support you need to maintain your online business’s success.
  4. Wealthy Affiliate offers a 7-day FREE trial without credit card details required. If this is not your cup of tea after 7 days, you won’t lose a penny from your pocket. Why not give it a try? I will also be your personal coach & advisor for your online business, so see you very soon on the other side.

As of this writing, I cannot find the website of Clout Pay on the 1st page of Google, but I found a site called Kashtree that looks the same as Clout Pay. You can read my Kashtree review to know more about it.

I hope you enjoy this review and you are more than welcome to share ideas or leave your comments below. I will reply as soon as I can, thanks.

  1. I think we all have messed around with GPT sites at some point and what a complete misuse of your time they really are.

Hate these sites and they only prey on people who don’t know any better but like I have said, we’ve all been there.

They are a few of these “actual” scams operating this way, where they get you to recruit others and when you ask to be paid your account is deleted.

    I’m surprised you gave them a “1”

    Thank you for sharing

    • Hi Mick,

Yes, GPT sites are usually the first place where people try to make money online by turning their daily online routine into a few cents, but it’s just like what you said “the misuse of time” I suggest people to try building an online business to get what they want, and this is the only way to quit the rat race.

  2. Hi, Matt,

Thank you for putting together this review. I believe you’re saving people s ton of time with it.

I also know how discouraging it could be when you put your efforts into a site like this and never get paid.

Just a waste of time. And most importantly, you’re inviting other people into scam sites which put your reputation as a person down.

    • Hi Natalie,

Great to see you again on my review of Clout Pay. It looks someone likes my sharing. 🙂 I feel it’s like my obligation to let people know what Clout Pay really is when I chase a laptop lifestyle. I tried something that doesn’t work, so I want my readers to avoid scammy programs or websites to save their time and money.

That’s why I feel excited and want to share with the world when I finally landed on something legitimate and helpful for building my online business.

  3. Clout Pay is a scam! I’ve registered for other schemes that look the same and are nothing more but rehashed versions of the same scam and were shocked to discover some things about these scams. Fake testimonials, fake addresses, fake owners, and fake service. Do you know what the worst thing was? You need to be at least 99 years of age to participate. LOL However, they will let you in regardless of your age. The trick is, once you decide to pay out your earnings, they will pull out the “small print” ask your ID, and when they determine that you’re not “old” enough, they will say “sorry, you should have read out policy.” And that is if you’re lucky at all to get an answer from these guys. Usually, they will ignore your request forever. Big scam!

On the other hand, your affiliate marketing recommendation is something that I’m 100% sure is legitimate. I’ve been doing affiliate marketing for a few years now, and starting an affiliate business was one of the best things I’ve ever done. Highly recommended! Thanks for sharing, Matt!

    • Hi Ivan,

Thanks for the backup, it’s quite supporting and keeping me forward to sharing more review afterward. Clout Pay is indeed a scam that the founder created to get people’s information to do something bad later on, so it’s better that we all do our online researches before really joining it to make $500 per day which is never true.

On the other hand, Wealthy Affiliate is one of the legitimate affiliate marketing education platforms that guide you on how to build an online business from scratch. It helps me make my first affiliate commission, and I believe it will help me get what I want eventually.

      Cheers,
      Matt
